Cancellation Policy
studio satya one-on-one bookings policy to ensure a high-quality, safe, and supportive experience for all clients, please read and understand the following policy before booking your one-on-one session. ✦ cancellations and rescheduling • minimum 48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests • all sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable • if 48 hours’ notice is given, your session may be credited once and used within 3 months • late cancellations (within 48 hours) or no-shows will forfeit the full session fee • an additional $10 cancellation fee applies for any changes made less than 12 hours before your scheduled session your time is held with care and intention, thank you for honouring it. ✦ health and safety • mandatory health form: all clients must complete the health and intake form no later than 4 hours before their session • it is your responsibility to disclose any injuries, health conditions, surgeries, or pregnancy (past or present) • failure to disclose relevant information releases studio satya from liability. your transparency allows us to hold your session safely and effectively ✦ arrival and preparedness • please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle before we begin • late arrivals may result in a shortened session out of respect for following appointments • studio satya is a boutique wellness space, we ask you to arrive with a respectful, open mindset, ready to engage fully in your experience ✦ agreement to terms by booking a one-on-one session with studio satya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
