Cancellation Policy
Studio Satya – Booking & Cancellation Policy At Studio Satya, we offer small group sessions to cultivate a heart-led, intimate experience. Every booking matters, not just to us, but to the community you're part of. We ask that you book with intention and honour your commitment. Late cancellations or no-shows impact the energy of our space and take away an opportunity for someone else. Thank you for respecting the time, care, and presence that go into holding each session. Please Note: To support your wellbeing, please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy prior to attending. This helps us offer appropriate guidance and modifications where needed. Free Classes & Events These offerings are gifted with love — and your presence still matters. • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session, or no-shows, will incur a $15 no-show fee. Paid Sessions (All Classes, Workshops & Events) All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or no-shows, will forfeit the full booking amount. • An additional $10 cancellation fee applies if you cancel less than 12 hours before the session. Photos & Videos We occasionally capture images and short videos to share the beauty of our space and community. By attending, you consent to the use of these for Studio Satya’s social media, website, and promotions. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the session, your privacy will always be honoured. No Technology, No Shoes To protect the energy of the space and support deep presence: • All phones and smart devices (including watches) must be set to silent and placed in the box provided on arrival. • Shoes are not permitted in the studio. Please leave them at the entrance to help keep the space clean and grounded. Why This Matters Our small group format means every space is valuable.
